936, jl audio...?? Posted by mitseclps, Dec-02-01 03:37 AM
ok i have to admit, this is the first time i've even been in the audio section. well maybe once before, but that was a long ass time ago...sorry for ignoring ya, i'll make it up...but here goes:
a friend of a friend is selling for 350$ a pair of w06 JL audio 15s. he said they usually go for about 350 for one. i dont' know if they're used but he said he knew that they had never been installed in a car before. may have been demo subs in a store or something.
i dont' have the $$ now anyways, so i'd have to wait til after xmas, but what do ya think?

W0 or W6? He may have meant w0 d6, i guess that would be a good deal for those if they are new, maybe you can find them for a little less on the net. But you don't want d6(dual 6 ohm coils) if you are only getting a pair unless you're gonna be using a jl amp, because that's the only amp that will be at its max potential with those kind of subs.
