Are they the same as the 2g's? This girl I'm seeing has a stock unit w/ changer that the volume knob won't work. I haven't got close enough yet to it to see if it is the same as our stock double DIN radios in the 2g's. I'm gonna have a double DIN out today or tomorrow from my sister's car to replace it with something better that her B/F bought. Also, is the 5 cd changer in those seperate from the HU or is it all a single unit?

Nope I don't think that there the same... but don't hold me to that if I remember right the changer is separte but, conected to the HU with a 8 pin connector
