After having my high powered system in for like 6 months I have noticed a "huge" build up of corrosion at my positive terminal. I am guessing it has to do with all the wires being copper and the terminal connector being aluminum. My question can this corrosion reach other parts of my car's electrical system. Copper ions like to go to aluminum so I am thinking will my ecu stop working one day or something?

Mine corroded for about 2 years with the stock positive connector. I dont know what causes it, but I put a monster connector on it, no corrosion ever since...

i think youll notice a lot more problems WELL before anything like that happens, lol. corrosion will, of course, add extra resistance to the connection though, so you may want to clean it up and swap out the terminal connection or at least put some kind of anti-corrosive on it.
