okay heres the story, i had a kenwood cd player that died on me. Stopped playing ALL cd's but teh radio still worked. I tried using a cleaning disk and it wouldnt read that.

my head unit in my car(JVC(came with the car)) did the same exact thing. Stopped ALL palying cd's, tried using the disk cleaner and that didnt work either.

is there anything i can do to fix both of these and try to sell them? Thanks.

did you try hitting the reset on the deck? there should be a little button you need to hit with a pen or something that might reset the deck. Happened to me a few times, and i did that, and worked fine afterwards.
