I've researching and I know to power ur PS2 you need a Invertor powered directly from you battery with a fuse. Can you run the inveretor of/out of you Cap if you have a distribution block? If I kept the amp off when I had the PS2 not to over load the cap. I have a 1.0 cap and running 800 watt amp,

yes, you can do it...and theres no need to turn anything else off in the process. the amp doesnt "run" off of the cap. instead, you should think of the electrical system as being one component. the cap only supplies power when its needed to whatever component may be lacking, it could be the sub amp, the highs amp, the headunit, the headlights, the battery, etc. (thats a not exactly a correct description either, but you get the point :P ). you can tap into the electrical system at any point you would like, assuming that the wire guage and fusing is appropriate for the application.
