6779, Best Alarm without overdoing it...

I'm looking for an alarm that is easy to install, possibly with an available wiring harness to hook right into my 99 GS. Can anyone tell me the best alarm for the buck without overdoing it, that does ALL of the following? Thanks...

*make a sound AND flash exterior lights when I lock/unlock
*turn on the overhead lights when unlock is pushed (dome lights)
*automatically lock the doors when ignition is turned on
*automatically unlock the doors when ignition is switched off
*rolls up windows and closes sunroof when locked (something i can add-on actuators to)
*has a long-range receiver
*has shock AND anti-nuisance detectors
*will be able to add-on remote start kit

viper alarms. i had a viper500esp and upgraded to an 800 (so i'd have more channels to play with). then ya just add on the dei530t window module. i think all the features you're lookin for are standard on the viper series.
