6721, Disconnecting Alarm System

Can anyone show me how to disconnect my alarm system? Its been acting up lately and its causing too much problems. I.e: sometimes the parking light are stationary, alarm goes on and off for no reason, wont start at times,its always blowing fuses, sometimes the auto locks wont work..etc. Its already 5yrs old & it came with the car so i dont have the paperwork. This is a Prestige Alarm Brand..but the "brain system" beneath the driver side says. "audiovox" If anyone can show me a step by step procedure on how to disconnect it I'd appreciate it.Thanks in Advance.
