EDIT: i tried to do pretty much the same thing last july/august that you're doing now. it's a lot of work, getting all of the spare tire shit out of there was such a PITA. i forgot to paint it though (hope it doesn't rust), and my box isn't as nice as yours. mine is kind of ghetto, but it fits well and it works. mine looks like crap without the gray carpeted fiberboard on it.

I whipped this up quick last summer just to get my subs in, it looks pretty crappy right now but its better than having nothing. im gonna take my time this summer and redo my setup and i may drop out one of the 12s... fitting in 4 is just to much of a PITA.

Thanks man, i'm trying to smooth it out a little bit more. Im fellin' all that body work of yours from the other post. Nice stuff, no matter what any of those guys say. If you like it, that's all there is to it. Keep us posted as it comes along. If you need anymore pics hosted I can do it for ya.

Heres mine.... Two JL 12W3's dual 2 ohm running one ohm mono to each SoundStream Class A 5.0 (each amp has been bench tested to about 750 watts at one ohm mono) Ive also got a Soundstream 644 and a Phoenix Gold PLD1 on the back of the box when you flip down the back seat you can see them. Highest SPL ive got with these is a 152.3 dB

Here's my setup:
Precision power Art series A400 to front/rear speakers
PPI A600.2 to JL 12w6, both mounted on plexi glass
w/ 1 farad digital cap.
Pioneer head unit, it pounds like a champ.
kinda messy with the wires and stuff, until i clean it up a bit.
