5665, Whats a good alarm system in todays market? Posted by xEclipsE RaceRx, Mar-24-03 03:50 PM
Just wondering what you guys think of as the most effective alarm system out today. I like the one that has a little seperate pager with a little lcd screen of a car and tells you whats been messed with, but I dont kno if thats even good. Xtreme Rs was talkin about pain alarms, the ones with sirens inside the car and strobes, anyone kno about them?

i got this one http://www.jcwhitney.com/product.jhtml?CATID=340699&BQ=jcw2 while its not a viper alarm or any other huge name brand they all pretty much do the same. it has shock sensor, motion sensor, keyless entry, 2 nice remotes, a free channel, tons of other stuff....not bad for $100 and i paired that up with a remote pager and iv got a great alarm for 150. i havent had any probs at all and install was a snap! id reccomend that alarm to anyone
