i went to go hear these things and the fucken thing cracked my windshield even more... i want to hear what you guys payed for them see how you put them in your car ie custom shit :) thanks alot

i highly doubt they cracked your windshield, the seal around it gives out far more easily than the glass itself (trust me, i know, LOL). if it was previously cracked i could see how it happend though.

i dont have any personal experience with the L7s, but ive never heard a single complaint about them. they seem to be awesome subs.

I was with him when he put the sub in. It was the loudest single sub I have ever heard... I wanted to get out of the car my ears hurt so bad. When I thought he would turn it down because he had the same pain he turned it up a little more and that's when I heard he crack. Granted his windshield was cracked before but this didn't help at all... cracked it about 3 more inches. Really cool to see but scary to drive home in afterwards.

Hi, I've got the L7's actually just one 12 inch, hits hard as hell too. Mines hooked up to an MTX amp bridged at 800 watts rms. I paid $200 off of ebay, they sell them on there all the time.

Ok, my knowledge about the L7 is that they are loud as hell. only one issue though, the new design pushes more air, but the sound quality isn't quite as good. so i guess it depends on what your looking for. of course these things are only for bass.. so to alot of people the sound quality isnt' gonna matter a whole lot.. you can't tell much difference with subs... unless your in competition... just a thought for ya. i considered them when i get my new car, but i'll have to hear them for myself b4 i make up my mind i guess
