Hi guys, I tried the search function and got lost. So I had a question reguarding rear speaker fitment. I want to get some Infinity Kappas for back there in our stock 6X9 location. However, I tried putting some Pioneers back there a long time ago, and the magnet was to deep, so I ended up putting them on my rear deck lid (I know geheto). So I got a new deck lid for like $10 at a junk yard, and I want to put some good speakers in my stock location.

Question:
Will the Infinity Kappa 692.5i (6X9)2-ways fit back in our stock location?
Or will I have to get the Kappa 572.5CF (5X7/6X8) to fit back there?

Also my cousin wants to put some Kappa 3-way 6X9's back in his stock location. Kappa 693.5i, will they fit as well?

I had some 6x9 Infinity References back in that area with my old setup. I had to removed some of the sound deading material that was there to get them to fit but they did.

I just purchased:
Front: Kappa 62.5i's
Rear: Kappa 692.5i's
Bass: Infinity Bass Link w/Bass knob, powered subwoofer.

Amp: Audiobahn A100X4Q 70 Watts 4-Channel A/B Mosfet Amplifier
70 watts per channel @ 4 ohms this is just for the front and rear speakers


Everything was just over $400, oh I already own the Audiobahn amp.
The reason I am using such a weenie style bass module is because I am getting old. No need to thump anymore, just something to give my car a little more enjoyable sound on the way to work. To accent a good mids and Highs set up.

Only problem, I don't know if the mids and highs are going to drowned out the BASSLINK. I have never used one, but other friends have and said it should be okay. I was thinking about not using my amp for the mids and highs, and just plopping them on the Panasonic 50X4 head unit I have. But I don't like the sound of things right off head units. They sound like they are being robbed of power!
