I was thinkin about getting this HU is anywhere here familier with it is it a good deck or not? I heard it was good but just trying to get more thoughts about it

IMO (and i stress that point!), the pioneer HUs are great in terms or features, price and reliability. the only problem ive heard with them is buttons that get stuck or fail, but that is after several years. i say if you like it go for it.

now i heard from someone that pioneers dont mount flush with the dash can anyone tell me if this is true for sure or just b.s. BTW i ordered it from sounddomain.com for 145 at circuit city and best buy its like 190-210

ive never heard of the pioneers not flush mounting in our cars. we have a ton of room behind the headunit, so i dont think it should be a problem.
BTW...i forgot to add that ive only heard of a couple people having problems with thier buttons on the pioneer units, i didnt mean for it to sound like it happens to everyone.

only reason my buttons stick is because the gf spilled Mt Dew all over the dash one day, but the deck is over three years old now, so I don't care too much....
