im leaning towards the clarion because of the dvd capability, but i know alpine quality is excellent. which would you prefer?

i know that alpine is known for being really good but Id rather have a touchscreen. Clarion isnt a bad stereo at all.

u must got some cash to throw around if you buying those.... i say, buy both and give me one. but i have to say they make the clarion look better in the pic.

uh, ya. the clarion msrp is more than I paid for my entire car.lol

how much did you lay down for your car? i got a better than quality car for CHEAP.

msrp is 2500, but i can get it at half that... so thats why i was asking which people prefer. I think im going w/ clarion

You can get an Alpine CVA 1003 and I can't remember the dvd player number, but total MSRP on those is like $2200...and since we're double din you can fit them both in. Less than the Clarion (also a POS) and much better quality.

Yeah I have the alpine Iva-c800 and the Alpine dva-5205. Couldnt be happier with the setup. Only other thing i might trade it for is the kenwood touch screen.
