Does anyone have dvd/cd players in there eclipse? I'm thinking about buying one for my car I'm just wondering what brand name is best I'm looking at Alpine the screen part cost like 999.99 or so and I'm tring to find the player it self with out going over another 1,000 dollars. I'm looking to spend around 1,500 for the whole thing.

Why are you wanting to get rid of it? I can get probibly the samething you have at circuit city for about the same price. This will be after christmas btw cause of some money I have to pay my dad for buying me a whole new suspension. How good is the quality?

Yeah I got an alpine Iva-c800 and a Dva 5205 and i just dont think you can go wrong with alpine. The Kenwwods kinda nice though.

Why'd you get the IVA C800 and a DVD player? You could have saved money with just the CVA 1003 and the DVD since you can play cd's in the dvd player.

Which one has XM? do they have D.D.S.S. (DolbyDigitalSoroundSound)? I saw a dds procesor but it cost more. What all does the CVA 1003 do or have and what does the IVA-800 do or have?

Well I got an extremely good deal on the IVA, Cough cough $500. And it's not stolen. And I bought a pretty much brand new dva 5205 for $535 on ebay. I think its just a little bit more convienient to. I like alot of options. :)
