A friend of mine is hookin me up wit a pair of fosgate 12" he2 dvc subs. does anybody out there know wut kind of box they sound best in. I am doing to build a custon enclosure for them but i dont know if they would sound best sealed, ported, or bandpass and how much internal volume per sub.

Depends on if you want SPL or SQ I think. I would personally go with sealed.

Call a fosgate dealer and ask them....there is a specific size box you need and I can't remember what it was. I used to have Fosgates...Loved 'em. Seal that bitch. If you want it to shake the neighborhood go with ported. Don't bandpass them you're wasting good subs. But I had mine sealed cause I'm more of an SQ person.
Trust me, sealed or ported they're still gonna shake your insides.
