I have a crappy amp, it turns on the "on LED", i connect everything to it, but i don't get any sound, the fuse is not blown and i don't know what to check/test.

double check the ground and speaker connections. i wouldnt think it would be the amp if it is turning on.

Check your ground. You can sometimes get an LED light on smoe amps even if it's not properly grounded.
