I need a 1 farad cap and I'm wondering if there is a differnce between the different kinds. I don't need one with a digital voltage display as I am on a tight budget. I figure a cap is a cap is a cap. But is this true? I can get a Legacy cap on eBay for like $60 shipped but is the performance going to be different from a $100 Rockford Fosgate? Thanks

I just got the 1 farad RF cap from ebay for $60 and it works great! light dont dim and puchy base. Just keep your eyes out for them and youll get it. If you are gana get another brand go for a legacy they would be the next best to the lightning and american pro
