Thanks guys. Most people say they have their gains at least half way up. Are they referring to half-way on the dial, or half-way voltage wise? Mine goes from 0.2 to 4 Volts. But the jump from 2 to 4 volts is only like a 1/4 turn. Its not a linear dial. I have it set at about 2 volts right now, which is half-way voltage wise, but really a quarter turn up from the lowest setting (4 volts). I have the bass boost up half-way too at +6db out of 12. Sounds really good with CD's, but with radio, I need to turn up the bass on the head unit to equal the amount of bass I get with Cd's...thanks again
