I have a Pioneer DEH-P7400MP deck with 2 pairs of rca outsputs connected to a 4 channel amp(1 pair for Fronts, 1 for Rears). Now I am thinking of getting an Equalizer specifically the Pioneer DEQ-7600 with 3 pairs of rca outputs, now having this particular setup is it possible for me to hook up a 2 channel amp for my subwoofer now that I'll have an extra pair of rca plugs from the EQ upgrade?

You should be able to. Your new EQ should have a front and rear set of rca's, and one set for a sub output...
