I started working on my custom trunk install yesterday. I got tired of just having a generic box sitting in my trunk, so I decided to redesign my system. I also decided to do something that I haven't seen done before, although I'm sure it has been done. I'm using all rack-mount studio processors. Here's the system layout:

Stage One (current):
Factory Head Unit -> Factory Mid-Highs
Factory Head Unit -> Alesis 3630 Compressor
Alesis 3630 -> RF Punch 250a2
RF Punch 250a2 -> 1 JL 12" W3 in sealed box

Stage Two:
Eclipse Head Unit -> Alesis 3630 Compressor
Alesis 3630 -> Behringer UltraBass Processor
UltraBass (Sub out) -> RF Punch 250a2
RF Punch 250a2 -> 1 JL 12" W3
UltraBass (mid-high out) -> Behringer EX1 Spacial Enhancer
EX1 Spatial Enhancer -> PPI Amp
PPI Amp -> Eclipse Component Mids-Highs

Looking sweet man....I just redid mine last week also. Show us the finished pics when you're done ok. Also, if you need Tan carpet, Pep Boys has it.
