My buddies dad... used to work for a local toyota, their idea to sell their used cars better, and for a higher price, was to slap indash LCD dvd players...
They play:
-CD's
-DVD's
-MP3's
he talked to them about getting one for his son, and he got one for him for $175, told me it works really nice
i havent seen it yett, and dont know what brand it is
sound worth it? or no, said it retails at $1000+

i personally wouldnt pay a damn dime for a DVD player or any factory installed A/V equipment...but thats just me. the markup margin on a VERY appealing "extra" like that should be extremely appealing to the general public though, and well worth the time for the dealership. i have one hyphonated word for you: bling-fucking-bling.

well thats why im thinking, if i can get this $1,000 dvd player unit for $175, itd be pretty kick-ass. still no reply, his dad said he can get me any player except in-dash, he's working on in-dash
