Yeah, thats actually the way the window module is supposed to be hooked up. The orange wire, gets grounded when the system is locked, which will roll up your windows. Then all you need is channel 2 to roll the windows down. This leaves channel 4 open to do whatever you want with it. It should also be a programmable output, which means you can do a timed, latched, or validity output.
