I was wondering if i could use an ipod with my cdplayer. It has an mp3 input that looks like a headphone jack. So can it be done?

3g's kick the 4g's ass. idk why they changed it. 1g<2g<4g<3g
lol kinda the opposite of our cars
that aux input on your cd playe is good for any audio source you wanna hook up (cd player, ipod, etc.) keep in mind though that it's still an analog signal so it won't be an extremely high quality signal. it might not be noticeable to you though. if you want a high quality signal from the ipod AND be able to control the ipod function from your head unit look into an Alpine, Pioneer, or Clarion deck with a compatible ipod control module. Alpine's got a year's head start but pioneer and clarion make some quality stuff as well. I'm still waiting to hear how the different modules compare before I decide which brand to look into.

Yes, it can be done. You need an mini male to mini male cable to make it work. Something like this http://www.radioshack.com/product.asp?catalog%5Fname=CTLG&category%5Fname=CTLG%5F007%5F002%5F003%5F007&product%5Fid=42%2D2387
Good luck man, not that you will need it on this one at all.

Yes, that's what the mp3 jack is for.

Shouldn't cost more than $5.
Unless you just enjoy buying Apple branded products in which case it will be around $40.
