I bought Stans stealtbox.. thank you! Yesturday I started to drill the 2 holes for the stealthbox to mount onto the floor but where they want me to drill I dont have the groments that show in the picture I have only 2 white gromets and they wil not even come close to line up the box correctly. I have a 97rs did anyone else have this problem? It started to rain so I will be doing my best now to somehow find the right spots for the box to be mounted so it will fit nice and snug.. Why is it never as easy as the pictures! The directions are for 95-99 eclipses...ya I have heard that before!

i had that same problem in my 96. you gotta drill into the metal and ignore the little gromets. i dont know why in the hell they did that.
