I hate refurbished goods but the choice is up to you. It's actually not a bad price for what you are getting and if they blow your not out that much. Most of the time goods/products that have been refurbished carry a very small term warranty if anything at all.

Yeah, that is a good deal. A fosgate punch 10 for $39 dollars. I would do it, if I didn't already have 3 10" subs. I would say it would be a good deal, if you have an amp that can push it.
