So if I get a turbo on a 96+ will the fuel regulator be in the trunk area instead of the engine bay? And do I buy the obd 2 voltage changer or does it come with the kit? and If it doesnt come with it where can they be purchased at. thanks a lot

Everything comes with the HRC kit. The FCD and im not 100% sure but I would think the fuel pressure reg. would still be mounted in the engine bay. There is just a different spot on the later cars than the newer cars for the stock FPR.

Turn the little knob on the FPR counter-clockwise...

Why dont you all chuck that piece of shit and get a diff FPR? I hear tons of complaints about the FPR in the lower stage HRC kits.. Why dont you all start ordering the kits w/ out the FPR or upgrade to the Bosch that comes w/ the stage 4 & 5?
