Right now for my CI setup I am waiting on a sfmu, and a dp(which are in the mail). So today I was a it bord and wanted to check my compression, I went to a Nappa and picked up a gauge. When I pulled out my plugs they were all white, I didnt think that it was really possible to lean out on a stock fuel system while n/a. Whatever tho, so I did the test and got the following results(cyl 1-4) 170, 186,169,180. So I fuigred... not too bad, cyl three is a cripp n shit so I put a bit on oil in cyl 3 and did the test again. while cranking it over on the 4th crank I hard a funny noise and jumped out of the car. There was smoke comming out of cyl 2 and the gauge was reading 30psi. I fuigered headgasket? Did a test on cyl 2 and it read 30 pis, then I went to clear the gauge and it didnt clear (forgot to clear it last time). I threw the plugs in and it ran fine, smoked a bit to burn off the oil but ran fine. So I got a few questions.
Why was smoke comming out of cyl 2? Did it feel left out or something and decide to act up to fit in?
When I down shift from 5th to 4th,3rd, and in the middle of second just come to a stop there is smoke everywhere. But when I just make a regular stop there isant any smoke. Its clear that the smoke is oil. Where the fu3k is the oil comming from... cyl 3?
My wide band reads mid 12's at wot is that too lean? Or am I an as hole with plugs that are too hot?
