Does any one like in MA? there is no one that can mandrel bend 3" inch. So i decided to buy the pipes off of http://www.mandrel-bends.com/catalog/mandrel-bends-34/.. Has anyone here bought the piping and take them to a exhaust shop to make the downpipe? Also does anyone know what bends i need. Im running a ebay manifold star replica. Im thinking i need two 90 degree bends and one U bend.

I bought two 90's and 2 U-bends when I built mine, and used one 90 and one U. The u-bends are nice as you can cut them anywhere along the bend radius for tight turns and different exit angles. I bought mine from http://www.woolfaircraft.com/

do u have a picture of how ur downpipe came out? Im thinking using a 90 degrree off the turbo, going down with another 90 degree just like the stock header lower pipe then make the S curve right before where the cat sits.

If there were only one single way to build a downpipe, then yeah, we could tell you exactly what you need. However, it's rather free-form; you can build it however you want, so there's no easy answer.
Buy 2 90's and a 180*. Cut and weld as needed.

Depends on your setup. Not all log manifolds are the same. Power steering & air conditioning? As Dino said it is application dependent.
