Hey guys my egt probe fell in the headers my car is turbo ra. Whats the worse thing that can happen?. How can I take it out. I ran the car and I noticed the turbo wasn't spoiling ad hard as it did before. So I pulled over and notice my probe wire fired and the probe wasn't there. As I'm driving back slowly I hear something metal rubbing against the turbine? I have no clue to what's going on. Can someone help me.

wowww. um. i'd first try to find out if the probe is on the turbines. spin it by hand slowly while the car's off to see if you can hear it. You might have to take off the turbo and inspect. Hopefully your turbo isn't fucked just yet, but if you keep running it and ignore the sounds, you probably damaged or will damage something soon.

If it came out while the engine was running, you most likely blew it out rather than sucked it in.
Pull the turbo and look for it. See any obvious damage to the turbine?
