i bought a set of 8 new bosch high impendence mustang injectors, at first i was kinda worried that the injectors wouldn't work but guess what they do. at first it idled rough when cold but when my car warms up to normal temp, it idles smoothly. i dropped my fuel preassure at idle to 20psi, but for some reason my Sfmu won't go lower than that. I have a 95 fuel rail. I put the 2.42 callibration disk in my Sfmu and at 14psi my fuel preassure is about 75psi, O2 voltage about .97-.99 the altitude up here in palmdale is pretty high. I'm thinking that 500cc can idle on our cars. I got a set of 4 new 440cc injectors and a set of used 315cc ford motorsport injectors for sale. I'm changing turbos next week from a 16g to a t3t04E as soon as motofools turbo manifold gets here. I'm still on stock rods at 14psi I'm pushing it. my eagle rods are comming inn next week too.()

On the 95's the stock FPR was on the fuel rail, so the fuel return line already existed under the hood.

Still on stock rods. Looks like you're getting hooked up. Sounds like a nice setup.

I really don't know what to tell you about the SFMU low pressure setting. It could be that the return line isn't big enough. How low a regulator can be set is kind of controlled by how much the return line can "flow". The more it can flow - the lower you can go. If it flows as much as the feed line then you should be able to set it as low as you want. If it flows less than the feed line - well there'll be a lower limit. Hope that helps. Good luck.

with my 440's my idle fuel press. is at about 11-12 and the safc is set at 10 if I remember correctly. otherwise it would idle too rich.

I still rule with my 525's, 1:1 regulator, and near stock idle pressures.
