I know there's a not-always-unspoke us-vs-them issue with DSMTuners, but there is a guy over there who is trying to get a 1G (1.8L) running to take to his son in Florida from Virginia this Wednesday. It sounds like he's got a real head scratcher going on with this car. He has fuel, compression and spark, but the damn thing won't light off for him. Can any of my 4G63 brothers over here swing by his post and lend a hand?

I'm not about to register on tooners, but the #1 problem with the 4g37 is the distributor cap. It's got a long ass gear coming out the bottom, is expensive, and its hard to find in junkyards. If you find it though, that's usually the problem.
He might also wanna try a different MAF or ECU although thats speculation.
