#6434, "W/G Restrictor "free mod""

Has anyone here done this? How does it work? Does the restrictor work the opposite as a bleed off for the W/G? I just don't trust "free" unless I understand how. Seen to much "free power" costing alot.

I did it when the car was stock. I was running about 9psi stock, and about 10 after the mod. Not much of a difference really, but worth the time (since it is free).

I did all the free mods as soon as I got my car. So with no boost gauge and the stock plastic BOV, I didn't really see any difference.
