#6336, "$500 for first mods"

My friend has $500 to use on the first mods to his 95 GST. What is the best way to spend this? MBC, SAFC, or what? I'm completely lost when it comes to the 4G63 mods. Any and all help is appreciated. I'm checking out the free mods now (VFAQ). TIA!

K&N FIPK for $125 its one of the best intakes for dsms, UICP. 1g bov are pretty cheap and work really well. dont forget the other free mods, removing the dump tube as well as the BCS restrictor.

do all the "free mods"
get cheap UIP or used one
1G BOV
MBC
K&N
test pipe
that should get him feeling some extra power and some money left over.
He should probably start saving for a turbo back exaust next.

You CAN take out the bottom one. I've had mine out for a long time with no issues.

i think that he should get the free mods, of course, then get the upper i/c pipe , k&n fipk( or any intake thats cheap) , and an exhaust, i would recommend the dsmtrader.com place to start if on a budget, hell might even be able to get a manuel boost controler also with 500 bucks, never know.
