Anyways i have been on these boards for a while and never really introduced my gsx. Its a 96 (full 2gn conversion) and im just finishing up rebuilding my 6 bolt and redoing everything under the hood. FP green, fp2 cams, fp 4" intake, eagle/ross combo, 850's and more. I just need to get some welding and paint done and it will be back on the road again. Im shooting for 450 HP on pump gas and to break into the 11's... basically going to max out the green. Here are a few pics of the engine build, ill have more of the car and stuff in a little bit.

Please tell me you have DSMLink!

Anyways, good luck with the car. And btw, if you max out the green and don't break 11's, your car should punch you in the face! Just kidding, but seriously, good luck.

yet that fram POS is still on. you need to change it, like right this second. drop what you are doing, go change that filter. your engine can thank me later.

Oh boy. You shouldn't have asked that...........

So my question to you (owner of this thread) is this: Where did you end up installing the MAP sensor on from your 2g on the 1g longblock?

no mdp sensor needed with dsmlink,To wire a gm 3 bar map sensor, you splice into the stock wiring of the MDP sensor on the 2g wiring harness.

its not powdercoated. so thanks for the compliment on my kick ass shaving/spray can job . I know all about the shit with cleaning the baffles and what not. Thats why it was cheaper and easier to use the good ole spray can/clear coat spray technique
