I think it died as well. I tried the other day to run a VIN and it kept saying "Try Again".

thanks to everyone, i got one run, mods you can delete this if you want
oh yeah and the link is dead, i did a lot of searching and it has went down, but i also heard it has been around since 2002 so it may return
