I got them from RRE and I figured they were the Axxis Metal Masters...if they are not the same...is there really any difference? Thank you for any help.

Yes I believe there are 3 or more brands that are the same as Axxis. If RRE sold it to you, it should be the Axxis aka PBR aka R__. I forget all the different brands that are actually the exact same thing..

Yup. Axxis metal masters used to be called Repco Metal Masters and are also sold under the PBR Metal Master name. I wouldn't be suprised if Stillens metal matrix are the same pads too.
