See the 2 studs that go through and you put the bolts on.

Is there supposed to be some sort of bushing or something there cause the boise is most def. those studs moving when I hit any bumps.... fuckin annoying.

my strut bar is also installed correctly because it sit's into place (perfectly) without pushing on th estruts...ya know..

so does anyone have a bushing or something between the 2 metal pieces.

there is no bushing there. what did you use to lower your car? alot of times, coilovers will make quite a bit of noise when driving. it dosen't look like your bolts are tight enough either but thats probably just cause of the bracket for the brace taking up some of the threads.

those bolts tightened will not make noise, if they are making noise you arent tightening them.

they only look like that because of the extra space used up by the plate for the strut brace

The part in the top left corner.
http://www.2gnt.com/CAPS/main27/main27sub250page2.html

There is a bolt that runs through the top of it where the bushing is, if the bushing is bad it makes contact with the knuckle itself.

Yah, I did the ol "Ball-Peen" mod on those deck lid metal braces! Ya lay the whole lid on the ground and gently pound them brace parts to dent them in where they hit the strut bar. Then put the fuzzy side of some velcro on the dent areas & volla... no mo deck lid rattles

You either have to have the whole knuckle assembly replaced or there is an Energy Suspension kit you can kit. I was lucky and got my knuckle replaced after my accident.
