#1, "tires"

as some of you may remember, i got a flat about a week ago. i've got 3 pirelli p7000 supersports and one uniroyal tigerpaw (ugh, but it's the only one with the trick chrom valvestem).

anyway, i'm going to find out how these tires do in the snow. i'm not expecting much cuz there aren't a lot of small blocks. anyway, i'm thinking of shifting to some michelin pilots xg-somethingsomething in the spring. i need a true all season with decent wear (300+ would be great), but i also want decent turn-in and stuff like that.

so...suggestions?

I'd look at BF goodrich HR4s or VR4s, they are all season, super high treadwear (300-350 or so) and they seem to perform well, and seem to be very well rounded performance/all season tires. I've got the HR4s on my saturn, and I'm satisfied with them.

for my eclipse I have the stock tires, and the michelin pilot sx-gt tires I also have are not all season

What tire size are you looking for?

ditto for the nitto's(please don't flame me for that). I've got the Neo-gens, their tread wear is I think 280. I've been real happy with them.
