Just GO SLOW!!! After I lowered my car I scraped the bottom center of my car when going about 5mph over a speed bump (i didnt see it). I CRAWL over speed bumps now. I turn when I go over the speed bumps here on campus but when going over normal bumps I just go straight since there is really no need. Oh yeah, I have a 1.5in drop.

My ass scrapes on everything, you don't really have to turn the car on speed bumps with the drop your getting. But going into places that have a steep incline make sure you hit those at an angle. After a while driving low around your city you will know what places you have to do what at. IMO there is really a skill to driving a lowered vehicle after a while you will learn it. You probably will scrape on everything when you first get your shit in.

I usually go sideways and slow down if the spped bump or dip/area looks "controversial" It's better to be safe than sorry IMO. Just take it slow. 5 MPH is too fast for most speed bumps. Try about 2 MPH. LOL. I am dropped on sportlines.

I have cracked my front end, scraped my front end thousands of times, scraped oil pan, tons of dents in oil pan, frame has matching side scrapes all the way down, exhaust piping is scraped in every inch on bottom side, tailpipe tip is scraped almost flat on bottom side, sidemarkers pop out once a week, my rubber inner fender wells don't even connect to the flanges of the front bumper anymore....need i go on?

and that's wif a 2-3" drop all around, on just lowering springs. Thank God my 17s raised the car half an inch.
