Ok im assuming that i need to bore the HEAD to fit these pistons right? Do i need to change or bore anything else so they will fit properly? What type of hp can i expect (ave) from a ported and polihed head to .020 ........

The boring work will be performed to the cylinder block. No head modification is neccesary. Contact the engine machine shop of your choice in your area for advice as to what to bring them. They will prep the block for you, and can also disassemble / reassemble the engine if you like (recommended if you have no engine building experience).
