So I searched through the archives and was reading some post about the Autometer Tachs. I came across an interesting one that said you have to send the tach in to be calibrated for out 420a's. Now my question, I was checking out optauto.com and I saw that the autometer gauges have "Dial-in-Exactness." Is sending the tachs in for calibration still an issue or has this "dial-in-exactness" resloved any reason to send the tach back to autometer? Thahks for the help.

Nevermind, Autometer said that the tach will have to be recalibrated but they do not charge for the recalibration. Cool

okay before you jump the gun you can't wire it to your ignition though like a regular car you have to find a wire off the ECU to get the correct reading. if you wire it to the ignition it will read too low. does any one know the wire off the ECU?
i got mine calibrated for free so i wired it to the ingnition but this was after i found out you could wire it to the ECU.

It's the white wire of the ECU. The only solid white wire there.
