#138602, "Jeep Throttle Body- CEl for IAC"

Ok so i did the 60mm TB mod. But I cannot get the iac tip set correctly. I have tried every different posistion I can think of. Yes i put the 420a tip on the jeep motor. I initially set it to the stock posistion that there was before I pulled them apart. But now I have to hit the gas and rev it up a bit to get the motor to start up or else it will just die, also after 5 minutes of driving it will idle at 1500-2k rpm until I let the clutch out enough that it will idle down to 850. Also i'm throwing p0122 and p0121 codes for the IAC. Anyone else had this problem? I can't find anything about people throwing cel's for this.
