#138587, "AEM cam gear and idle pulley questions"

Hey, guys. I'm at the point of my project where I'm about to install my timing belt and crank it over for the first time in over a year, but I got a couple of questions.

1) What is the safest way to tighten up the center camshaft bolt to 73 lbs? I have the 5 bolt design of the AEM adjustable cam gears and since they're not solid like the original 3 bolt design, I don't want to damage them.

2) What is the proper torque for the idle bearing bolt? The Haynes Manual doesn't give enough info.

Thanks in advance.
