I am finishing up a rebuild and cannot find the torque spec for the timing bracket pivot bolt. It's the larger one that the tension bearing pivots on. Surely this is not the first time I have replaced this piece, but for some reason I cannot for the life of me find it.

Everywhere I've looked doesn't give an exact spec on that bolt. However, I can't see it needing anymore than 20-25 ft/lbs. Beyond that I would suspect damaging the threads.

That's what I was thinking. The only reason I'm really trying to find it is because the car I'm doing work on had that bolt snap on the previous owner (causing much fun damage). So since I was putting on a complete new one, I wanted to be sure it was at the correct torque. I don't think I've ever replaced that bolt or messed with that bolt before.
