Ok I have spent a few hours searching and I cant seem to find an answer to my problem. I have a modular clutch setup still oem kind. I just pulled my motor and replaced it with the new one. Now im having problems getting the flywheel bolts to line up with the clutch. Should I pull the motor out again and attach the clutch with it out or is there a trick to doing it while still in?

Well, its one unit.

They are *slightly* offset. Its not a perfect circle. So rotate the clutch until you can see all bolt holes clearly, then bolt it up.

Correct, You have 4 different bolts meaning you can spin the clutch 3-4 times before the bolts line up correctly. Remember you're gonna need a 18 or 19 socket to hold the pulley from turning. Or if your using the same flywheel just line up the marks, although I find it easier to do it with the tranny on the jack, That way its lined up with input shaft already and even if you get your clutch bolts correct you might still have troubles lining it all up.

I did but my clutch did not come with the alignment tool.
