I putting a SS line together to go from Master to Slave.
I was wondering if, i should use 3 or 4an line?
I'm thinking 4an will make the clutch pressure to soft.
Any input on this idea??

-4 might be fine, and it wont change the pedal feel much. remember that its a closed system

only concern would be space and making the larger line fit
also make sure you can get the correct flares for the cylinders, as i would bet money they are SAE 45* flares and not AN 37*

Agreed. I used to work work with large scale hydraulics and I doubt you'll feel any difference between a 3 and 4 over that distance.
