#7376, "ah man,grindin while shiftin?"

well about a week ago my motor mount went out completely making the engine hit the slave cylinder,so what happend is I pulled into 7 11 because my clutch had no fluid in the resivoir so to make it home i pretty much slammed it into first gear and managed to get it home without a tow,.. so i let it cool down and look around for where the leak is and found that the slave cylinder is leaking so i tighten it up and made a makeshift front motor/trans mount untill the one I purchased comes in but also broke my shift linkage and bought one and its installed and ready to go.So in the meentime I bled the system of air which really took a long time but now when I drive its seems to grind in third gear when I drive it normal down the road, the trick for it not to grind seems to be I let the RPM's drop down and when I shift it wont grind, what do you think is causing this and hopfully its an easy fix. was thinkin syncros but Im not sure so if anyones had this problem please any input would be appreciated I just hope it doesnt get worse, thx

I have the same problem with 2nd, sounds like synchros but ill see what the pros say. Just avoid grinding it, that will cause more problems than you want.
