When i let off the clutch, i get a clicking sound and I can feel the click as i let it out. Same thing happend before, and it was my clutch master cylinder, replaced that, clicking stopped. Now it is back, clutch master cylinder is fine, any ideas??

Maybe your slave cylinder out to be replaced too then. It could be that the tabs on the release bearing are broken, and it's just wobbling.

Regardless, if it's happening when your releasing the clutch pedal, there is probably air in your hydraulic lines (or your release bearing is bad) making it fluctuate, so bleed the clutch fluid, if this solves the problem and then comes back, replace your slave cylinder because air is getting in.
