If your talking about Island Dragway off Rt. 46 in Great Meadows NJ I go there alot. I usually go on Friday nights, but sometimes on Saterday's or on the Sunday "test and tune" days.
There is also an airport in Stroudsburg PA that shuts down, usually once a month, on sundays and opens the runway for drag racing. They have a tree but that's it you run against someone, not a clock. If anyones interested I'll try to find out the next date.

You can run whoever you want. Just get side by side in the staging lanes.
Friday nights are import nights. Its mostly hondas and rustangs, most run in the 14's a few in the 13's. There are usually a few DSM's(there is a 1st gen. in the 12's), mazdas and some muscle cars too.
I'm not sure what time they open, they say they close at 9:00pm but its usually 10:30 before they shut down.
I will more than likely be there this Fri. night(18'th).

we are suppose to get a tax refund don't know when but it will depend on how much you make.... the more you make the less taxed you are but the more of a refund you get......(for people making above 150,000) don't make sence to me the middle class and lower class are always being held back....FUCK BUSH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Saterdays and Sundays are race days. The best time to go is Friday nights, or on a Sunday when they have a "test and tune" day.

I'll run against ya. Auto vs Manual. Gotta have some kinda handicap, though, for differnt classes of cars. Or we can disect our cars and get rid of some more extra weight (door panels, dash board, rims, hahahha)

Well I'm definately up for some racing. Sounds like Friday night is good with most. If its gonna be in August - then the 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd, are open dates - the track is closed on the 29th.

All of those dates are good for me.
