Went to Import Wars at a local track and ran in the bracket racing class (15.00 or slower). Dialed in 16.50.

1st run against a Honda dialed in 16.10. When I shifted into 3rd, I started looking for him in my mirrors. The Honda was way back so I let off the gas so I wouldn't break.

2nd run against a PT Cruiser dialed in 18.00. I was orginally told I had a buy, but when I went into the staging lane I was lined up against him. Pulled up to the Cruiser by 3rd but still kept my foot down almost until the end. Broke out by .006. Needed to let off much earlier!

Your first run with the honda you redlighted, thats why you lost.

You can tell if the other driver redlights, then there is no reason for you to race down track, just drive normally because its a guarenteed win.

I thought I saw the red light marker at the end of the vid too.

I was just laughing because his second race was an american made car against a mexican made one (well some were made in illinois too)....importwars, lol
